Back in September 2018, we booked to stay two nights at the Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve in their Hog Deer Creek, which are a small group of Shepherds Huts situated overlooking a watering hole. More importantly along with the accommodation we get allocated a personal golf buggy and access around the park after it closes and the day visitors leave. The perfect time enjoy the quiet and animals.
Personally I am not a huge fan of zoo’s per se, but prior to our visit I read up on all of the active work the Aspinall Foundation undertakes to reintroduce animals back to where they belong. The two parks are very well maintained and fun to explore.
“Our commitment is to conservation, through captive breeding, education and reintroduction. As an animal charity, we are working in some of the world’s most fragile environments to save endangered animals and return them to the wild”
