Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of these terms and conditions (T & Cs) Lisa Saint Photography will be referred to as the “COMPANY”, lisasaint.co.uk will be referred to as “THE SITE” and you as the purchaser will be referred to as the “PURCHASER” and any person who accesses the site purchaser or not will be referred to as “YOU”.

Terms of Use

By clicking the “I Accept” button, “YOU” agree to be bound by the terms of this legal agreement between “YOU” and Photography which sets out the terms and conditions (T & C’s”) relating to the use of the service provided via “THE SITE” may contain links to other third party sites. YOU acknowledge and agree that a) the “COMPANY” has no control over third party sites which “YOU” link to through the site or via links to the site; b) we are not responsible for the availability of such third party sites; c) we do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising , products or other materials on or available from such third party sites; and d) we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party sites.

The “COMPANY” makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within the site, however the “COMPANY” accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or mistakes that may arise and the “PURCHASER” will have no claim against the “COMPANY” in respect of these or their effect. The “COMPANY” will correct any inaccuracies should they arise as soon as this is brought to its attention. Please direct any corrections or observations to Contact Us.

The “COMPANY” reserves the right to cancel or decline any order from any person or business in any jurisdiction.

The “PURCHASER” or any person accessing the site will acknowledge that all information, imagery, copyrights, designs, products, propriety information rights and any other information displayed on the site is solely the property of the “COMPANY” and belong to and be the absolute property of us automatically and without further formality on their coming into existence.

Acceptance

The order shall be concluded only when the “COMPANY’S” on screen Acknowledgment or order is sent and your payment by PayPal or any other acceptable means of financial transaction has been authorised or cleared.

Products

The products contained within “THE SITE” may differ slightly in colour from the way they are represented from one computer monitor to another. What a customer may see on screen represents the colour “YOU” should expect to receive but can only be used as a guide not an exact representation.

Pricing

All prices are displayed on the site and are inclusive of local taxes. All prices are quoted in pounds’ sterling. In the event a typographical or human error in relation to prices and sizes the “COMPANY” has the right to cancel orders and can accept no liability whatsoever.

Payment

Payment of goods can be transacted by credit/debit card via Paypal or direct Bank Transfer (BACS).

Delivery

Once payment has been received by way of cleared funds “PURCHASERS” should allow up to 10 days for delivery.  Items will be dispatched by the “COMPANY’S” preferred distribution partners.  If in the unlikely event the product arrives damaged the “PURCHASER” must notify the “COMPANY” within 2 days of receipt of the product so the “COMPANY” can adhere to its insurance policy with its preferred delivery partners.

Customs and Import Taxes

“PURCHASER” is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The “COMPANY” is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Refunds

Products are made to order and the “COMPANY” cannot offer a money back guarantee, however if a customer is not entirely satisfied with the product they should inform the “COMPANY” within 7 working days and return the item appropriately packaged within 14 days of receipt of the product and the product can be replaced with a product of equal value.  Please note we will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged goods logged upon receipt and informed to the couriers. When you return a Product to us we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, not including postage costs. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If YOU need to return a product please Contact us.

Complaints

In the event that the “COMPANY” fail to meet the high standards of customer service, please to not hesitate to contact the “COMPANY” directly, form our Contact page. Whatever the circumstances the “COMPANY” will endeavour to make every effort to meet your expectations and retain you’re much valued custom.

Statutory Rights

Nothing contained within these T & Cs affects or will affect the statutory rights of the “PURCHASER” or the recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

You are not permitted to copy (whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in this website.
